1. Access and Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this site.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2. Payment and Subscriptions

We offer two purchase options:

  1. Monthly Subscription: a recurring payment for twelve months.
  2. Single Annual Purchase: one-time payment for 12 months of access.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges according to your selected plan. All payments are processed securely by third-party providers.

Refunds are handled according to our posted Refund Policy or applicable law.

3. Course Access and Use

  • Access to materials lasts for the duration of your paid term (12 months).
  • Content is for your personal and professional development use only.
  • You may not share, resell, reproduce, or publicly distribute any course materials without prior written consent.
  • Certificates of completion are issued only to registered participants who meet completion requirements.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on LeadershipDevelopmentCenter.com—including videos, text, graphics, and downloadable materials—is owned by Contagious Companies, Inc. and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You receive a limited, non-transferable license to access the materials solely for your individual use while your subscription or access is active.

5. User Content

You may voluntarily post in discussion forums or peer spaces.

  • You are responsible for anything you post.
  • Please keep your comments professional, lawful, and respectful.
  • We do not pre-screen content, but we may remove anything deemed inappropriate or infringing.

6. Prohibited  Activities

You agree not to:

  • Interfere with site functionality or security
  • Share login credentials with others
  • Copy or scrape site data
  • Upload harmful or illegal content
  • Misuse any course materials for resale or redistribution

Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

7. No Guarantees or Warranties

The Leadership Development Center aims to support your growth and leadership development. However, we do not guarantee results or specific outcomes.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Contagious Companies, Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for Services in the previous 12 months.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless Contagious Companies, Inc. and its affiliates from any claims or damages arising from your misuse of the Services or breach of these Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for misuse. You may cancel at any time by discontinuing use of the Platform.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, with venue in Orlando, Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. When we do, we’ll update the Effective Date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
